How to Apply



1. The job application form has to be submitted online by the candidate through the link “Recruitment Notification” under ‘Inland E-Services’ provided on the website of the Department of Shipping ( The start date of the online application is 23-06-2021 and the last date of application is 22-06-2021.

2. In the case of general candidates, age should be between a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 30 years on 23-08-2021 AD (age limit for sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyrs and physically challenged candidates up to 32 years as per that date).
3. The application must be accompanied by a recent color photograph of the candidate (300 x 300 pixels, within 100 kilobytes) and the signature of the candidate (within 300 x 60 pixels, 60 kilobytes) and the Chairman of the local union council/ward councilor of the city corporation/mayor of the municipality / Certificate of citizenship given by the councilor and character given by the Gazetted Officer of 1st class, in case of heroic freedom fighter quota, hero freedom fighter/son/daughter of heroic freedom fighter/son/daughter of heroic freedom fighter (if applicable) certificate should be scanned and attached.4. After completing the online application form, uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, confirming the application form, after completing the application, a copy of the application with photo and signature of the applicant can be downloaded and saved and online payment method with all the required information from the above 'Pay Fee' menu. (Cash, bKash, Rocket, other bank payments). Also, if the applicant wishes to apply within the specified period within the specified time, go to the 'Fee Pay' menu of the online software provided under the 'Internal E-Services' link provided on the website '' with the required information. Can submit the fee. Applicants No. 1 with tk.100 / - (One Hundred) tk.10 / - at the rate of 10% of service charge fee and Applicants for the post of Office Assistant with tk.50 / - (Fifty) tk.5 / - at the rate of 10% of Rs. Submission can be made within 72 (seventy-two) hours after application. It is to be noted that even if the application is completed by filling the online application form properly, the application will not be accepted till the fee is paid.
